THE COMPANY
In 1987, Raïmivi SEFED, SAS started its activity in Vilafranca del Penedès, thanks to the brothers Jaume and Miquel, one of the pioneer simulated companies in Catalonia and the Spanish State.
We are dedicated to the production and marketing of wines, cavas, muscatels, brandies and vinegars.
The selection of the best lands in Pacs del Penedès, the passion for the wine sector and the dedication to a job well done, have meant that all our products have international recognition.
Tradition, constancy and dedication are the bases of the success of Raïmivi SEFED, SAS, maintaining over the years the prestige of its market, especially in countries of the European Union (France, Germany, Italy, and Austria, among others).
THE ESTATE
Our farm is located in Pacs del Penedès with a total area of 210 hectares.
We grow the different vineyards using the most advanced and demanding winemaking techniques, always motivated by a responsible and environmental concern.
We know that the secret of making great wines lies in the harmonious combination of the best varieties, with an appropriate climate and soil.
For this reason we dedicate ourselves to the aging of wine and cava using completely artisanal procedures such as the methode champenoise .
THE FACILITIES
Our facilities are located in an industrial building in Vilafranquí that used to be an alcohol factory, built in 1941 according to the project of Josep M. Miró i Gibernau.
It was later rehabilitated to turn it into our company's headquarters, from where the entire production and distribution process of the products is controlled.
THE VALUES OF THE COMPANY
In 2022, we joined in turning the Sustainable Development Goals, established in the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations Global Compact, into one of our priorities.
Currently, our company includes 4 SDGs in the field of corporatesocial responsibility, reflected in decent work and economic growth, responsible consumption and production, life of terrestrial ecosystems and gender equality, recently included.
