The one from Modena is a vinegar with a strong taste, thicker, darker and with a sweet taste.
It is produced from the concentrated juice of white grapes (usually Trebbiano grapes).
It is suitable for all types of cheese, for fruit macedonia, filled with cream or ice cream, panettone or strudel.
