SUSTAINABLE FLOCK OF SHEEP
The grazing of sheep in vineyards that have vegetal cover soils is an instrument that contributes to regenerative agriculture.
Plant cover increases organic matter, CO2 capture and the ability to retain water, while reducing soil erosion and improving microbiological activity.
To prevent the plants of this cover from competing with the vine, they must be kept under control and one way is by letting the ruminants graze there, following the grasses and flowers of the vegetable covers and at the same time fertilizing the soil with their manure
The symbiosis between sheep and vine is the harmony that results in quality grapes.

RECUPERACIÓ DE BARRIQUES
La recuperació de les barriques més velles i que han perdut les propietats idònies per a un bon procés de fermentació i envelliment del vi i brandis, suposa un estalvi econòmic a l'empresa i, a més, contribueix a una producció sostenible.
Aquest procés de recuperació es realitza mitjançant una regeneració interna amb un fresat que elimina els sòlids vínics cristal·litzats dels porus de la fusta,, mantenint en gran part el torrat original de la barrica.
Posteriorment, es realitza un tractament de vapor intensiu per aconseguir una desinfecció major, capaç d'eliminar floridures i diverses bactèries i llevats.
Després de tot el procés, les barriques estan llestes per una nova vida útil d'entre 6 i 10 anys.
